Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. What Data We Store
When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, or Threads) to LoomaScale, we store the following data to provide the auto-publishing service:
- The name and identifier of your connected account
- The Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, or Threads profiles you select as publishing targets
- Access tokens issued by the platform (stored encrypted), used to publish content on your behalf
We do not store your social media password, friend lists, private messages, or any content beyond what is needed to publish your campaigns.
2. Delete Your Data from the Dashboard
The fastest way to delete your social media data is to disconnect the account yourself:
- Log in to your LoomaScale account
- Open Dashboard → Social Connections
- Click "Disconnect" next to the platform you want to remove
Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the stored connection data and access tokens for that platform from our systems.
3. Remove LoomaScale via Facebook
You can also revoke LoomaScale's access directly from Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find LoomaScale, and remove it. This revokes our access to your account. To have the data we already stored deleted as well, please also disconnect in the dashboard or contact us as described below.
4. Request Deletion by Email
You can request deletion of your social media data, or your entire LoomaScale account and all associated data, by emailing team@loomascale.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
5. Questions
For more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about data deletion, contact us at team@loomascale.com.
