LoomaScale is an independent AI operator for Google Ads. Brief it in ChatGPT or Claude; LoomaScale performs the account work and waits for your approval. The Service reaches your advertising accounts through third-party AI assistants and AI models. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using our Service. By using LoomaScale, you agree to comply with this policy. LoomaScale is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other AI model provider.

2. Permitted Uses

LoomaScale is designed for operating legitimate advertising accounts and creating the marketing content that goes with them. Permitted uses include:

  • Reading, building, and optimising advertising campaigns in accounts you own or are authorised to manage
  • Creating social media content, campaign visuals, and marketing materials
  • Testing keywords, bids, budgets, and creative variations for advertising campaigns
  • Downloading and publishing generated content on advertising platforms and social media

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use LoomaScale to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute any of the following types of content:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW material
  • Nudity or sexually suggestive content
  • Content depicting graphic violence, gore, or torture
  • Hate speech, content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Deepfakes, face-swaps, or misleading manipulations of real individuals
  • Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any individual
  • Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or radicalization
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content designed to scam or deceive consumers
  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights
  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

4. Content Moderation

All content generation requests are subject to automated moderation review. Our moderation system, powered by Creem, evaluates prompts before images are generated. Prompts that violate this policy may be flagged or rejected. If your prompt is rejected, you will be notified and may revise your request to comply with this policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Rejection of specific content generation requests
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content or usage violates this policy.

If you become aware of any content or usage that violates this policy, please report it to us at team@loomascale.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
